  1. Review of the current marketing plan of the company.
  2. Research the competition and the marketplace.
  3. Construct a plan taking into account the history, successes and goals of the company, and the current market conditions. The plan will outline initiatives that are distributed through various channels.
  4. Implement the plan by creating the materials for each initiative.
  5. Measure the results of the initiative. Without measuring the results the success is not known and can't be refined and improved in future campaigns.
  6. Repeat the cycle for that initiative or launch another initiative.
